SOLUTION
A healthcare manager uses strategic planning to set goals and objectives for the organization, and to develop a plan to achieve those goals. The process typically involves conducting a needs assessment, analyzing the external and internal environment, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and then developing a plan to address those factors. The plan may include strategies for improving operations, increasing revenue, reducing costs, and addressing regulatory or legal requirements. The healthcare manager will then work with the team to implement the plan and monitor progress to ensure that the organization stays on track to achieve its goals.
