1 – Name a socially conscious group or leader in your community. Do research on a local person or group. Share it with us, give us a description, a link and how you can emulate them. Be sure to include how you can use this example in everyday life.

2 – Leaders will be good public speakers. Give the class tips on how to become better public speakers and or Zoom facilitators. Share tips, doable strategies, resources and some good speeches and or resources. One international resource is, Toastmasters.

· Be sure to include how you can use presentation skills which are communication skills such as audience analysis at work and everyday life.

Diversity refers to the differences among people in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies. Communication refers to the process of exchanging information and ideas through speaking, writing, or using some other medium. Together, diversity and communication refer to the ways in which people from different backgrounds and perspectives interact and exchange information. Effective communication within a diverse group or organization can help to build understanding, promote collaboration, and create a more inclusive and equitable environment.
