Medical diagnosis is the process of determining the cause of a patient’s symptoms and signs through examination, testing, and observation. This process typically involves taking a patient history, performing a physical examination, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. The results of these tests, along with the patient’s symptoms and physical findings, are used to arrive at a diagnosis.

Medical treatment refers to the management and care of a patient who has been diagnosed with a medical condition. This can include medications, therapies, surgeries, and other interventions, as well as lifestyle changes and follow-up care. The specific treatment plan for a patient will depend on the nature and severity of the condition, as well as the patient’s overall health and medical history.
