Below are brief descriptions of 4 school-aged individuals with significant support needs and the situation that have caused issues affecting their education and inclusion in the general education environment. You must arrive at a decision as to how ONE of the student’s situation will be addressed. You will need to answer all the questions below  THOROUGHLY and  DETAILED.

1. Justify why you chose the particular student. Describe thoroughly

· How will you evaluate successful collaboration in this situation? How will you be sure that your detailed plan was successful?
