Follow academic writing conventions (correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting)

Composition must be original and written for this assignment; plagiarism of any kind is strictly prohibited

Use a readable 12-point font, double-spaced with 1-inch margins

Submission should include your name, the name of the course, the date, and the title of your composition

Submit a single file only, including the answers to all questions

I’d like to present a speech to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first successful flight by the Wright Brothers.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today we gather here to celebrate a remarkable moment in history – the 100th anniversary of the first successful flight by the Wright Brothers. On December 17, 1903, Orville and Wilbur Wright made history when they accomplished the impossible, powered flight.

This event marked a turning point in human history and opened up a world of possibilities. The Wright Brothers’ achievement paved the way for the development of modern aviation and transformed the way we travel, communicate, and do business. It’s hard to imagine, but just a century ago, air travel was a dream, and now it’s an essential part of our lives.

Their story is one of determination, perseverance, and a steadfast belief in their own abilities. Despite the naysayers, the Wright Brothers continued to pursue their dream and eventually succeeded. They proved that anything is possible with hard work and determination.

As we commemorate this historic event, we honor the legacy of the Wright Brothers and their impact on the world. We also celebrate the pioneers and visionaries of the aviation industry who continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
