Upon examination of the patient’s ears, no deformities, swelling, or redness were observed in the external ear. The ear canal appeared to be clear with no signs of blockage or infection. Using a tuning fork, the patient’s hearing was within normal limits. No tenderness or discomfort were detected upon palpation of the area around the ears. The patient reported no current ear-related symptoms but had a history of recurring ear infections in childhood.
