 I need 15 case scenario to discuss in class, no more than 3 sentences each one, need to have CC (Chief complaint) , impression and treatment. Any age, any illness. No more than 3 sentences each one. CC: ” I’m having diarrhea after a trip to Punta Cana”

ES, 56 y/o male returned from a short trip to Punta Cana presenting with severe diarrhea and abdominal cramps. He only ate very well cooked food and drank bottled soft drinks during his trip, But it was very hot, that he always add  ice to his drinks. Impression Gastroenteritis. Labs ordered: Treatment Ciprofloxacin 500 mg daily for 7 days.

CC: “I can’t sleep and feel anxious all the time”

MH, 30 y/o female reports difficulty falling asleep, waking up frequently during the night, and feeling anxious during the day. Impression: Generalized anxiety disorder. Treatment: Referral to a therapist for cognitive-behavioral therapy and possible prescription of anxiolytics if symptoms persist.

CC: “I have a lump on my breast”

JT, 45 y/o female presents with a palpable lump in her left breast. Impression: Suspicious for breast cancer. Treatment: Referral to a breast specialist for further diagnostic testing, such as mammography and biopsy, to confirm diagnosis and determine appropriate treatment plan.

Case scenario #6

CC: “I have trouble breathing and feel tightness in my chest”

AD, 25 y/o female presents with shortness of breath and chest tightness, which started after exposure to second-hand smoke. Impression: Asthma exacerbation. Treatment: Inhaler therapy with bronchodilators and corticosteroids for symptom relief and prevention of future exacerbations.
