SOLUTION
Inspection of the statistics reveals that the top 20 companies generally have higher scores on all variables compared to the bottom 20 companies. For example, the mean Trust in Leadership score for the top 20 companies is 93.85, compared to 83.80 for the bottom 20 companies. The top 20 companies also have higher means for Camaraderie, Innovation, and Work-life Balance, and a higher percentage of women in their workforce. The bottom 20 companies have a higher mean for Job Openings and New Graduates Hired. These findings suggest that the best companies to work for excel in creating a positive work culture and promoting employee well-being and diversity, while also attracting a high-quality workforce.
