You will review your work journal entries and create a short reflective work from some of your entries on what you have learned so far and how you have applied that learning. Your paper should be formatted in APA style. Include at least one (1) peer-reviewed source related to course material taken in your academic program and scholarly journals.

CLO 2: Apply [the course topic] to real-world situations To address CLO 2, you should reflect on how you have applied the course topic to your work or other real-world situations. For example, if the course is about leadership, you can describe a situation where you had to lead a team and explain how you applied the leadership concepts you learned in the course. You can also discuss any challenges you faced and how you overcame them.
