SOLUTION

SLT has various practical applications, especially in organizations where leaders need to work with a diverse group of followers with different skills, experience, and personality. In such organizations, leaders need to understand the needs of their followers and adjust their leadership style accordingly to maximize their potential and performance. For example, in a team consisting of both experienced and inexperienced employees, the leader may adopt a directing style of leadership for the inexperienced employees and a delegating style for the experienced ones. This approach allows the leader to provide guidance and support to the inexperienced employees while giving the experienced ones more autonomy and flexibility.
