SOLUTION
One leader whom I admire who shares a few of my same leadership traits is Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft. We both share the traits of empathy, growth mindset, and the ability to lead with purpose. Satya Nadella has shown empathy and compassion towards his employees and customers, as demonstrated in his book “Hit Refresh,” where he shared personal stories about his son and his own experiences with personal growth and mindfulness. He also encourages a growth mindset in his employees by fostering a culture of learning and innovation, which aligns with my own belief that leadership involves continuous learning and development. Finally, he leads with purpose by focusing on Microsoft’s mission to empower people and organizations around the world to achieve more, which resonates with my own desire to make a positive impact on society.
