Terrorism is a global issue that poses significant threats to the security and safety of citizens. Over the years, terrorist attacks have been recorded in different parts of the world, leading to the loss of lives and destruction of properties. This paper reviews the Mumbai terrorist attack of 2008, also known as 26/11. The attack took place in Mumbai, India, and lasted for four days, resulting in the death of 166 people and injury of over 300. The paper examines indicators that might have been missed in preventing the event and suggests solutions to prevent a repeat of the attack.
