SOLUTION

Leadership is a critical component of organizational success. Leaders are responsible for setting the vision, direction, and goals of an organization and providing guidance to employees to achieve them. In contrast, organizational culture refers to the values, beliefs, and practices shared by members of an organization. The culture of an organization influences employee behavior, decision-making, and overall organizational performance. This paper examines the relationship between leadership and organizational culture and how leaders can shape the culture of an organization.
