SOLUTION
In the first module, marketing was defined as the process of creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large. The concept of marketing remains the same, but my responses may provide a broader understanding of marketing based on the first module’s content. Three things I learned that I did not previously associate with marketing from the first module are: The importance of conducting market research: Market research helps businesses to identify and understand their target market’s needs, preferences, and behavior. This information can help businesses to develop better products and services that meet their customers’ needs and create more effective marketing strategies.
