SOLUTION

The safety concern I have chosen to focus on is drowning prevention in children aged 1-4 years old, who are in the developmental stage of toddlerhood. This age range is particularly susceptible to drowning due to their natural curiosity and lack of awareness of danger. According to the CDC, drowning is the leading cause of unintentional injury death for children aged 1-4 years old.
