SOLUTION
For managing organizational change related to my action research project, I have selected the Lewin’s Change Management Model. This model is the most effective one as it provides a systematic and practical approach to implementing change. Lewin’s model consists of three stages: Unfreeze, Change, and Refreeze. This model is suitable for my problem solution as it involves the identification of the current situation and creating awareness about the need for change among the employees.
