However, for social administration of justice, we must view the topic from the lens of the criminal justice employee and administrator. Discuss the comparison and contrast of these rights as compared against those enjoyed by the citizenry. Please choose ONE of the Topic areas to research and write your paper on: Topic 1: Do those who serve in criminal justice administrative and operational roles POSSESS more, equal, or fewer social justice rights than the general population they serve or

Topic 2: Do those who serve in criminal justice administrative and operational roles EXERCISE more, equal, or fewer social justice rights than the general population they serve. This must be submitted as a Word document.

SOLUTION

The criminal justice system is designed to protect the citizenry of the United States, and those who serve in administrative and operational roles are responsible for upholding this duty. However, while the Constitution provides protection for the citizenry, it is essential to consider the rights of those who serve in the criminal justice system. The purpose of this paper is to compare and contrast the social justice rights of those who serve in criminal justice administrative and operational roles against those enjoyed by the citizenry.
