Although this message is informative, it may also be considered “bad news” as it effects employees on many levels. Your message must be clear but remember your tone is just as important as the message being delivered. Your voice should reflect a tone of empathy, goodwill and encouragement that this is just a temporary change. Your last slide and message should be one of encouragement that is relevant to the message and company. This presentation can be audio only meaning you do not have to show yourself in the video. All employees will have access to your video and can view anytime.
