Week 12 chapter 12 introduces us to IT Strategy, Sourcing, and Strategic Technology Trends, but overall the focus is on IT Strategy. There are many tools available to IT to help in the planning process, and one of those is the balanced scorecard. This is discussed briefly within the chapter.

1. Write an annotated summary of each article. Use APA throughout.
2. As an IT professional, discuss how you will use the Balanced Scorecard to manage IT resources efficiently.
